Designed for teens and adults with a foundation in karate, our Karate Jitsu program blends the powerful striking techniques of traditional karate with the practical grappling skills of jujitsu. Open to students with foundational karate experience and instructor approval, this class provides the opportunity to expand your martial arts knowledge through a well-rounded and dynamic training system.
Students learn a wide range of techniques, including strikes, kicks, takedowns, throws, joint locks, submissions, ground control, and practical self-defense applications. Training develops more than just martial arts skills—it improves strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, endurance, and body awareness while building confidence, discipline, and mental resilience.
Classes are designed to challenge students in a safe, supportive environment where they learn to think strategically, adapt to changing situations, and work respectfully with training partners. By combining stand-up and ground techniques, Karate Jitsu offers a complete martial arts experience that enhances both technical ability and real-world self-defense skills.
